METALFORMING, INC. NOTICE OF SHIPPING POLICY

• General shipping policy
  
  All in-stock orders of 10 lbs or less placed prior to 2:00 PM EST will be shipped from our facility the same day via standard ground delivery. Requests for in-stock items over 10 lbs (but less than 150 lbs) will be shipped on the following business day. MFI tries to support customers’ requests for specific carriers. Note that some of our items can not be shipped via small parcel delivery due to size limitations.
  Customers may elect to pay additional charges to upgrade to expedited delivery services.
  
  Any in-stock item greater than 150 lbs will require two-to-three business days to arrange the transportation.



• Timeframe for shipments
  
  Customers may request shipments to arrive as soon as Next Day Early AM for smaller items. The largest items may require a full truck load to deliver. Freight quotes are available upon request.



• Areas we will ship to
  
  Metalforming, Inc. will ship anywhere in the U.S., its territories and Canada. Please check with us for shipping availability to other locations.



• Freight lines used
  
  For small parcels we use Federal Express and UPS. For larger items we ship via selected national freight carriers.



• Shipping rates
  
  We bill our customers based on the shippers’ published rates plus a small handling fee. If your purchase requires crating, the actual cost of the crate will also be billed to you. COD is not available.



• Tracking orders
  
  Please note your Request for Tracking Number at the time of your purchase.



• Factory pick-up
  
  Most items can be picked-up at our Peachtree City, Georgia location. 6% Fayette County sales tax will be charged unless a Resellers Exemption Certificate is provided at the time of the sale.

METALFORMING, INC. NOTICE OF RETURNS POLICY

• Returnable items
  
  In general every item, excluding special orders, can be returned. All returns must be requested via RMA (see below) within 25 days from receipt. Returns must arrive at Metalforming, Inc. within the first 30 days after our ship date for a credit of the item, not to include any shipping charges. A restocking charge of 20% applies to all non-warranty returns.
  
  In general, if an item fails for any reason within the first year, the warranty will cover its replacement. See Terms & Conditions for limited exclusions.



• Time limit for returns
  
  Non-warranty returns must arrive within 30 days of original shipping date and will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns for special order items can only be exchanged under warranty situations.
  
  Damages in transit should be reported immediately and at the very latest within three days of receipt to (770) 631-0002.
  
  There are no refunds on Duties, Taxes, or Installation Charges.



• Procedures for making a return
  
  Before making any returns you must ask for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call (770) 631-0002 x3002 or e-mail to: returns@metalforming-usa.com
  
  Securely pack item, in the original packaging or equivalent. For warranty returns, MFI will refund the cost for standard ground delivery. (Refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details about Warranty Returns.)
  
  Returns without an RMA can be refused, and are subject to a 40% re-stocking fee. If we suspect failure due to misuse or mishandling of the product we will bill an Evaluation charge at $50/hour to determine the warranty status.



• Address for all returns
  
  Please send to: Metalforming, Inc., ATTN: RETURNS, 100 International Drive, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269. Be sure to note your RMA number on the package.



• Shipping charges for returns
  
  Customer is to pay all return shipping charges. MFI to credit standard ground charges for warranty returns. See the Terms and Conditions page for more information.
