The VIPRO SF 400 DL is a double-layer rollformer that can be outfitted to rollform two profiles and can move from one profile to the other with the push of a button. The ingenious design allows the manufacturer of panels to produce two different profiles with no manual changeover.
The DL has 6 precision spindle ball screws that move the entire machine up and down, eliminating material stress, expensive double-high stackers and multi-level in-feed systems. The DL has a smaller footprint than most machines on the market. Also, on average the machine uses 15% more roller sets than competitors meaning tooling will last even longer.
The DL offers the same quality as the VIPRO SF 400 L and CL machines with precise PLC controls, frequency inverter motors, hard chromed tooling, and cast stantions for long life and a massive steel frame.
