The VIPRO SF 400 CL rafted rollforming machine is the solution for manufacturers who need upgradeability in the future or the ability to produce different types of corrugated roofing panels, wall panels or decking. This allows customers who purchase the base unit and one set of tooling to come back in the future for more tooling, offering the ultimate in expandability.
The CL has a quick-change rafter that can be sized for your specific lifting capacity or style. Rafters can be made with as few as 4 stations of tooling and as many as 14 stations.
It’s also among the most affordable rollforming machines in the world. Once the mainframe is equipped, the operator can manufacture high quality products quickly and effectively. And because it is high-speed and maintenance-free, it reduces your labor costs. Total changeover time with in-feed adjustment is about 30 minutes depending upon the specific tooling.
