The VIPRO SF 400 L is the choice of manufacturers who need to make only one panel profile. This machine is designed for the demands of the North American manufacturer with a hydraulic exit shear that will ensure perfectly square panels and a rotary front shear that allows for fast coil changeover.
Most rollformers use station-to-station chains or even long serpentine chains that need constant adjustment and are known for stretching, breaking and vibrating. The VIPRO Systems avoid those problems and enhance quality through a power transmission system driven by high precision worm gears. The worm gear technology gives operators more torque and power and ensures the rollers turn at the same, constant speed, giving you scuff-free panels. Sen Fung also employs massive, inverter drive AC power motors with 30 horsepower to give the VIPRO more power with more control and less upkeep. The VIPRO employs AMS touch-screen controls for the creation of multiple batches and allows the operator to run the machine in fully automatic or manual mode. The interface is clean and simple, and can store multiple batches. The machine can also interface with the AMS Eclipse software for inventory and production tracking.
