SMT - Schechtl shears are the leaading architectural shears in the industry because they were smartly designed from decades of sheet metal experience. They feature a deeper backgauge of 30" (instead of 24"), a rollout wagon so you don't have to unload the machine from your knees, and telescoping front support arms.
There are three series of Schechtl Shears available for light, medium and heavier gauge cutting - the SMT3100 for 16 ga., MSB for 14 ga. and MSC for 11 ga. Choose from 13 models, with cutting lengths of 40", 60", 80", 122", 159" and 174".

MAX - Improve labor and quality issues with the Schechtl MAX 3100 folding machine with 10' 16ga mild steel capacity. The MAX allows you to replace two hand brake operators with one and still produce parts four times faster, with greater accuracy.
The high-speed, extremely accurate Schechtl backgauge system ensures exactly the right-sized bend – every time – and has several important features that differentiate it from all others. The Schechtl backgauge uses a massive 1.25" dual-ball screw drive coupled with powerful 1.5" Thompson rods and solid machined-steel backgauge fingers to provide pinpoint positioning accuracy of +/- .004" and repeatable long-term parallelism.
The Spectrafold CNC control provides easy graphic touch screen part programming, quick dimension and angle changes for existing parts, real time part orientation graphics, and unlimited part storage along with offline software availability.
The Schechtl MAX is by far the most popular 10’ folder in North America with more than 1500 machines in use.

Quadro Plus - The Schlebach Quadro-Plus is the hottest machine in the architectural sheet metal industry because it makes more profiles (soffit, nail strip, snap seam, mechanical lock) than any other product, with compressed changeover times of 30 seconds to 10 minutes. It’s the only roof panel machine that creates panels for all applications from industrial to light commercial to residential.
You’ll be amazed at the simplicity of the Quadro-Plus cassette system. For example, on one side of a cassette you can have nail strip and on the other side snap seam. To make a change, pull three levers, turn the cassette over and bang – you’re making a new panel in less than 30 seconds. (Some cassettes have only one profile: 1 3/4” snap and 2” mech. soffit.)
