New Supercharged Jorns
The new Jorns Supercharger combines the extremely fast processing speed of the new CNC 600 control, new backgauge servo motors and new proportional valve hydraulic technology to provide the fastest long folder in the world. The system is 50% faster than older style (pre 2004). Jorns machines are 25% faster than competitive machines.
The extra speed compared to the competition should result in an extra 5-7 pieces of average trim per hour. That’s 10,000 to 14,000 ft more per year with the same labor input!! And against older machines it’s 20,000 to 28,000 more ft of trim per year.
